The rep said that what the door knob entry set we bought should work and that if it didn't they had a 30-day return policy. We realized it wouldn't work with our door so we called and the individual we dealt with was nice and said the manager was not available because she was at a show. She said to send the mortis box back but to keep the knobs and that they would send something that would work. About 3 weeks went buy and they never sent us a replacement. We called and then she said that we were supposed to send pictures of the door, which we then did. We eventually called again and they claimed to not have gotten the pictures. They finally got the pictures and sent us back photos of something wouldn't work. They finally admitted that they didn't have anything that would work or that I liked. When it turned out they didn't have anything I assumed the charge would be credited back to my VISA. They said that they could only give store credit and wouldn't give us money back. They also claimed this was a favor since they don't normally even give store. I don't want the credit, I just want my money back. I called today and they still haven't called back.
