About us
For the last 25 years I have been a computer professional and a network specialist. I have worked intimately with all of the current operating systems (Windows, Mac and Unix) and many no longer in use. Over the years, my work life has centered around providing troubleshooting, design support and performance analysis for large corporate networks as well as teaching and writing on those subjects. In 2003, I founded PT Tech Help in Port Townsend. Sheila and I are also co-publishers of Writing It Real, a subscription-based online writing magazine. I sing with Port Townsend's community chorus, am a member of the Port Townsend Chamber of Commerce, and look forward to the years ahead meeting local Jefferson County client needs.
