She is a great job. Several trees had to be cut back from the house and roof line, weeds had to be pulled, shrubs and other items had to be trimmed and cut back, and she did great. She worked long hours over several days to get the yard just looking nice, then worked on the big stuff to trim trees before the fall winds set in. The only thing I talked to her about was that she worked mostly with had tools and she is really more interested in and good at maintenance. But I kind of talked her in to taking on this big job for me, and she did great. She did end up buying some equipment that would help her to do the faster, but she said she had been thinking of doing that anyway. I like her work so much that she is going to continue with general maintenance, then in a few weeks when we have a deck removed, she is going to put in grass and create a yard area for us. Very honest - I even gave her a key to my house so that she could enter if needed when I was gone. She is a hard and efficient worker.
