I highly recommend Jeff Nesset at Centerline for any and all earth moving, grading, or excavating work you may need around the house. His prices are very reasonable, he's a nice guy who is reliable and brings his big toys to get the job done right...plus he's only a few miles from Port Townsend, Port Hadlock, and Chimacum. Since moving to the Port Townsend area two years ago I have contacted and talked with many service/construction contractors in the area and unfortunately discovered it's hard to get many to return your calls, only a few to show up, and almost none that will give you a reliable quote and get the job done. Jeff did a great job at our place when we had new patios/sidewalk/curbing put in, plus he brought in and rolled over 50 yds of good quality crushed rock/gravel to redo the drive...it's almost as hard as asphalt. Please, if you know some, add them to Angies List. I've found more than a few i would not recommend...but I'm not going to post that list here.
