I am due a refund for Angies list!!!!!!
No one has even contacted me other than to send an emai that I missed their 30 window!
Really? This is how Angies does business?

The provider showed up on time with one other person to deep clean my empty house. I was not there while they cleaned and that is my mistake. My mother went down after they cleaned and paid the bill. When I went in the next day I was horrified, there where holes in my sheetrock in four of the rooms from the carpet cleaner. Non of the baseboards were cleaned, the master bathroom floor did not even get vacuumed. When I called the owner she was very responsive and told me when she could meet to walk through the house. She showed up rushed and basically blew me off. She did not apologize for the holes in the sheet rock but stated she could fix them and told me that she could come back and wipe down the areas that were missed. I took a $50 refund and will bill her for the sheetrock repair which includes a entire corner that is broken off.

I love it. They are very good and reasonable. I am very pleased with them. She is very reasonable for what they do. She comes through and evaluates it and she is upfront. Their responsiveness has been great.

On time, planned how it would go, made schedule for next cleaning. Good to hear eco friendly products would be used. One small issue the kitchen table wasn't dusted. Client needs to decide on furniture polish product for custom kitchen cabinets. Not sure how in depth the cleaning was but I am pleased with outcome.

Alicia has cleaned my house for several years. She is thorough and professional. My house is always sparkling upon completion. She is also very friendly to my kids and pets which I appreciate as much as the great cleaning. She is diligent at her work. She uses appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. She is very careful not to cause damage. She has also made recommendations in the past for troubled areas (shower door glass). She knows her stuff!
