TNT Home builder does not want to be held accountable and wouldn’t honor parts of the contract that they were responsible for. We fired this builder when the house was half done. He lost in arbitration to us as well as another couple a few months earlier. He didn't pay the judgement until L & I suspended his license. Highly recommend reviewing his crappy contract with a real estate attorney before you sign if you choose to go down that road. Our attorney has represented several people against TNT Homebuilders. Would NOT recommend this builder.
