Brandon was very knowledgeable during his initial assessment of the project. He went over issues and solutions to those issues that nobody else brought up. While his bid wasn't the cheapest or most expensive, he had the most inclusive estimate. His attention to detail explains why his end price was the same as when he bid the project.
