Description of Work: I had used them before and had no problems with them so chose to go with them again but this time around had lots of issues. They replaced the original roofing but found out after the 1 year labor warranty was over that they did not nail down the air vents nor properly apply the Pabco 30 year shingles (nailed too high) and did not overlap the shingles into the gutters so water is running behind the gutters down the fascia boards. Other work I had done was replace laminate wood flooring (did not lay laminate behind refrigerator properly) so still have linoleum that was not covered at all. Baseboards and trim not nailed down. They laid linoleum in my laundry room and put the seams behind my washer and dryer. I did not notice it until I dropped something behind there. The seams are curling up. Purchased 2 new metal doors to garage. They installed 2 dented doors they filled with auto filler and painted white and said I wouldn't be able to get PERFECT doors I admit it was MY fault for buying it. I have contacted them to get the issues resolved but they said they only have a 1 year warranty on their work so will not make things right which is not on their proposals. The original work was done late 2009 and I am still finding things I didn't know to check at the time. The only way I will be able to use the roofing warranty is to have it replaced by another company now along with new linoleum, etc.

Description of Work: Removed old cedar shake siding. Repaired old water damage discovered when the siding was removed. House wrapped and then installed Hardie siding and trim.
