I don't use the wood stove except when the power is out. I don't remember how many years since the chimney was cleaned. I called QCO for maintenance. It need it. They promptfuly made an appointment. They were efficient and clean. They found the odd sized cap and the lining that repaired. They even fixed the upstairs doors to the fireplace with no charge.
