Excellent work and better than expected. If not careful, one could walk trough a window! At first I thought it a bit expensive, but when I saw the equipment involved and quality of work, I changed my thinking. It' worth every penny.

Associate was able to visit my residence to offer a free quote in a matter of a couple of days of my call. Friendly and fairly priced.

Robert and his team took care to use the right amount of pressure, to make sure the algae and mildew were dealt with, but without taking off paint. They were also careful around my flower beds and trees.
I particularly appreciate that they took the time to hand dry the water that naturally ended up on my windows. Frankly, I hadn't even considered how wet the windows would get so this level of service was a pleasant surprise.
I'm very pleased with the care they took and how great my house looked when they were done. I'll definitely use Pinnacle again.

Very professional on the day of estimate, and had no problem with the height of some of the windows which we had never been able to reach.
Robert showed up right on time with one helper and got right to work, and were much faster than I thought they would be. The windows looked sparkling clean and totally different than when they started - no spots, no streaks, etc. They also didn't leave a mess when they cleaned out the gutters, which was nice.
Only two downsides - first, they didn't take the windows apart to do a deep cleaning inside the tracks. I didn't know it was even possible, so when I asked if he would take the windows out, he said no but didn't explain that he could. I would have paid more to have them completely disassembled and have the tracks and locks cleaned, but it didn't come up until another contractor looked at it later - so be sure to ask specifically if that's what you want.
Also, there were two windows that had streaks of on the wall coming from one corner, as though the cleaning fluid had pooled and run down the wall. I didn't notice it until several days later when our painting contractor was looking around the house, but I'm certain it wasn't there before.
Overall, very good contractor at a very good price, especially if you're doing a routine cleaning and not a deep cleaning of all the window parts.

Robert and his team not only got rid of all the algae, they were careful to make sure the integrity of the paint on my house was never compromised by the pressure washing. I knew there were a few bubbles so a little touch up painting will be needed but that's all, and I expected that.
On top of all their attention to detail, they also took care of my front steps and walk AND squeegeed the windows to remove the water droplets on the glass. What a thoughtful and professional thing to do!

Robert was on time and as we walked around the house he made note of my downspout/drainage set up. Of the six downspouts, some are and quot;closedand quot; systems that will clog if you try to flush the debris down them; others are open and drain freely. This has been a problem with other guys, but Robert knows what he's doing.

It wasn't until the next day that I realized I didn't do what I've done in the past (after other guys did a poor or incomplete job of it): I didn't lean out a second story window to confirm that the gutters were all clean. I didn't need to. I trust Robert. I'll have him back in the spring to wash all these 80+ year old windows and take care of some moss on the sidewalk out back.
