This is the second time I've used Paul's Carpet Cleaning. I used them again because, as before, the fees were reasonable, they were prompt, and did a great job. I recommend them highly and without exception.

Pauls Carpet Cleaning was professional from my first call requesting a quote to the final signing of paperwork after the job was done. The lady on the phone gave me the best quote of five different service providers. They had no problem meeting my schedule to come out and clean the carpets. When Doug the technician showed up, he was professional and went throughout the house to get accurate measurements. He explained everything that he was going to do before actually doing it. The actual price ended up being less than what I was originally quoted due to his measurements equalling a smaller area. He was thoural and did a great job on the carpets, and cleaned up everything before he left.

I contacted the company to clean my finished basement, which my dogs had begun to use as a toilet. The fellow showed up an hour earlier than originally anticipated (after calling first), and got to work quickly. We first walked through the room and discussed which areas should be focused on. He moved the (light) furniture to clean the carpet completely, left plastic risers underneath the furniture legs, and also gave me a container of enzyme, should the dogs decide to start again. The only complaint that I had was that the motor in the service van that was running for the duration of the service smelled very badly, and the smell came directly into the house (as the doors had to be open to accommodate the hoses and cords).

The cleaners from Pauls Carpet Cleaning Company came on time and finished up on time. They moved all the heavy furniture themselves. They gave us some good advice on some spots. They also did a follow up on some of the spots that had come back. They were courteous. They were knowledgeable. My whole experience was good. I thought that it was a great price. I liked what they did in our rental home so I had them do my home too. I've been happy with them both times. I would use them again in the future.

They responded really quickly. What was nice about them was that they only charge you for what they actually do. The workers were on time and fast. I would recommend them.

I called Paul's after finding them on Angie's List. The lady who helped me on the phone took the time to explain how their service works, which includes NOT suggesting all sorts of upgrades and carpet protection from the tech, which I did not need or want anyway. The tech came on time, did a great job for a fair price. I will be using Paul's 2 times a year from now on.

They don't have contracts but you get the same person each time, which is comforting. They always show up on time and are very professional. I would recommend them to anybody. They are really good. I’ll be calling them again this week.

They always send the same guy, he knows exactly what he's doing and always shows up on time. They do a real steam clean of the carpets with the truck mounted cleaner and always do a good job. I never find anything wrong with their work and their prices are competitive.

He is great. I have him come about every 3 months because I have dogs. He and his crew are always friendly and on time. They use the same crew all the time so you know who is going to be coming in. The price is also great.

PAUL DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS THAT I WOULD NO DOUBT HIRE HIM AGAIN. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND ARRIVED ON TIME. HE WAS SO NICE WE INVITED HIM FOR LUNCH, UNFORTUNATELY HE HAD A TOOTHACHE.
