They have been very good about getting back to you. I am sure that they are kept quite busy because there are not very many people that do that. They will explain things to you so that you understand it. When they have fixed something, they will tell you what they did, why they did it and everything. That is important to me. We are the kind of people that do everything ourselves if we possibly can, have the tools and the know how.We know these people and we do use them. However, we don't use them first. We try to do it ourselves first.
