About us

I'm seconded generation concrete construction. My employees depend on the size of the job 2 / 16. My billing procedures also depend on the size of the job. I may ask for half at the start of the job and the remaining balance at the end. Or have the sum in three payments.

Services we offer

Any thing with concrete is almost possible it just depends on the county and what they permit if a permit is needed. I don't really fix some one else's mess up.. once its done its there that's why u got to make a good choice from the start. Or its a tare out and replace.

Our experience was miserable. The contractor was on time for the initial visit, and submitted the bid in a timely manner. He even followed up on the submission. On June 29th, we signed a contract for the walkway. We were going to put lighting along the side of the walkway, but, on the contractor's suggestion, we paid additional for lighting to be placed on the face of the steps. The concrete was poured on July 3rd. Two workers showed up to build forms the morning of the pour, but the contractor was only here intermittently. The forms for the steps to the driveway were built quickly while the cement truck was waiting in the driveway. After the pour the crew levelled and did a broom finish on the concrete. The contractor stated he would be back the following Monday, July 8, to install the wiring and lights on the steps. He was paid in full at the close of the pour (our mistake!!).
July 4th the first crack appeared. We called the contractor who stated it would be taken care of the following Monday. That appointment was cancelled by us, but we have been unable to get the contractor out since then. SInce the pour, it has been totally frustrating trying to get the project finished. We have had repeatedly left messages (at least 22) that have not been returned. There have been at least 11 appointments scheduled with no one showing up and no phone call. The contractor and his father did show up once to look at the crack. We were told the crack was caused by a decorative rock placed along the side of the walkway. A second opinion has informed us that not enough concrete was poured on that landing, and the crack occured during settling. Since the visit, another crack has appeared on another landing with no decorative rocks around the area. The steps to the driveway are irregular and unevenly sloped. The lighting has not been completed, with the styrofoam forms still in the face of the steps. We are totally frustrated!!! We just want the project completed and looking like it should for the amount of money invested. I am afraid that at best we will have a "repaired" look to our project.

Brian was here on time to make an estimate and he sent that back via email the next day. He worked with me to find ways to hit our budget without hurting the quality of the job. The crew showed up right on time and got everything ready the first day for the concrete the next. They put plastic on the fence next to the drive so they would not get splashes on the wood and cleaned everything up after they were done. The driveway looks great now and the water drains just right.

We were very happy that we used them. Very friendly and lots of attention to detail. Definitely worth going with this family owned business.

It's a small family owned business. It was a pretty small job and it was about $800. They were very thorough and there was a good finish on the concrete. They were out of here within half a day. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
