Services we offer
We work as representatives of home owners to rent and manage their homes. We are the bridge of communication between renters and their landlords. We advertise rentals, create leases, collect rent, perform home inspections, coordinate required maintenance, handle emergencies, and much much more. For tenants we are now offering our real estate services as a buyer's agent to help you if you are wanting to buy, for owners we can now list your house to sell if you decide to no longer rent it out.

We had questions regarding our security deposit, at first, we simply had questions regarding a few charges for things that we didn't know were broken when we moved out and weren't present in the photos that we took when we moved out. They said they had photos of everything and were willing to send them to justify the charges. After numerous emails and phone calls, they never sent anything and when we attempted to follow up with phone calls, they were extremely rude - hanging up on us, insulting us and overall being unlike any other property management company I have worked with in the past.
They refused a move out walk through with us - even a courtesy one to help us identify things that we should repair that were beyond what they would consider "wear and tear" prior to vacating the premises. Again, in over 10 years of renting, I have never had a landlord refuse this, given that they tend to want to have the move out process go smoothly, and having things repaired prior to moving make less work for the property manager/owner.
I would not recommend renting any property that they manage. My biggest regret is that I did not read the reviews from other sites prior to renting - it would have made me avoid KPM at all costs.
