The complaint in not on the experience directing the service out the back of follow up and corrections of a serious problem. One retaining wall developed a "lean" over the winter. We were assured on at least took two occasions it would be fixed. Many minutes later, with the wall at a 14 degree, "lean", we dismantled it (Sept 2012) due to concerns of safety. JD's Landscape Service, continued to ignore the problem.
