They were really good through the whole process. They are a well-known company around here. They were a little bit more than others but I knew I would get a good product and good service. They were very responsive. I would use them again.

They have one guy that does a very good roof tile work. They are the only roof tile guy I trust. The tile guy is good. He has retired and come back twice.

Geez. I'm sure the face this every year, so why don't they make adjustments, like offer me a lower price to wait 30, 60, 90 days or something. or hire another person to write up the estimates. These blue collar businesses never seem to amaze me on their lack of fundamental business skills. That is, why don't they make adjustments after years of their business cycles. Every business has a cycle, so ADJUST.

If you don't want or need a new roof, the conversation is over. They don't offer a range of services or solutions.

We have been so pleased with the initial work we had done by Hanley, that we are now on our third project with them. The initial project involved repairs of both exterior and interior damage caused by a winter storm. Hanley demolished and replaced an ironwood deck; rebuilt a section of roof rafters and a relaid a section of roof tiles. They also served as the general contractor for the interior repair work we had done. We have developed an excellent relationship with Hanley's general contractor, Dave Tripp, as well as his crew. The workers have always been punctual and courteous, and make good, efficient use of their time. They consistently leave the job site clean and in good order. Hanley's entire staff are pleasant and professional to work with.

We had Hanley's reps come out and provide us with an estimate. They were very thoughtful and gave us a detailed bid. It was the highest bid we received, but we thought they provided the most careful estimate and had the best rating on Angie's List and other rating services. We had a leak they said they would temporarily patch, but they never did. They came out about 12 weeks after the date range in which they said they would conduct the service. They did do a nice job - it was well done, with the materials we agreed to and they left the landscape areas very clean. Overall we felt the workers did a good job, but there was poor communication from the office and they didn't do work in the timeframe that was agreed upon.

I was very happy with Hanley. They were on time, worked in poor weather conditions and took their time to ensure quality work. A few days after the job was done someone came out for a follow-up to make sure that the installation was done properly.

My experience was very good. These guys are excellent. They were efficient, curtious, professional, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were also personable and had a great sense of humor. They were very enjoyable to work. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. They're actually getting ready to do another house for me as well.

Very pleased with the work done. The final bill was in line with the estimate. The crew was thorough and cleaned up after each day's work.

These guys showed up each day either right on time or a few mins early on every day on work. There was one issue on all the corners where the old gutters were too small to drain properly and had caused rot. They didn't just do a quick fix they actually brought in a carpenter to fix the corners and the fashia properly. I was up on on the roof 5-6 times each day observing and learning and they were all nice enough to take time to explain the process. Each crew member was polite and professional, and with the exception of normal construction noise I had no idea they were there! As a first time home owner and having no experiance with roofing these guys ensured that it wasn't the nightmare I was waiting for.. Morgan Hanley who I had met at the home and garden show was an awesome guy who treated me like a friend and not someone who was just more money for his pocket, he was very nice, informative and helpful with all aspects of the process. When the work was completed the only way you knew any construction had occured was to go outside and look at the fantastic new roof on my house, there was no trash or debris left anywhere and that was true of each day of construction.. With a 50 year roof and 20 year warrenty on the work I can't say it will be anytime soon before I call but they will be the company I do call whenever that times comes around again!! Essentually there is not enough room in this block to truly explain how great this company and my experiance with them was.

The work was well done and in a timely fashion. The worker was very willing to discuss the progress and various alternatives. He was friendly and competent.

They were xcellent all the way around; from start to finish! I would definitely have to recommend them to others

I got 2 other estimates from local roofing companies; one for $14,000 and the other for $18,000 prior to asking Hanley for a bid for exactly the same amount of work. Hanley emailed me their bid the same day where I had to wait several days for the other bids. When I accepted Hanley's bid, they asked for 15% down prior to ordering the metal from Oregon and I had no problem with that. While they were waiting for the material to arrive I accomplished the repairs, skylight installation and underlayment install. They day after the metal arrived they came out and started to install the roofing. It took 4 days (and they even worked on a Saturday), but they had to deal with very heavy rains on several occasions and ice on the roof, so it might have required less time. They cleaned up when they were done (even some of my mess from roofing removal) and hauled away their garbage the following day. I am very happy with the work and how good the house looks upon completion. I recommend Hanley to anyone at least get a bid from them, you will probably be surprised. They have a 20 year warranty (for metal roofing) on their work against leaks and the manufacturer warranties the roofing for 50 years (Taylor Metals).

I had this company come out and give me an estimate. The guy that came out was very nice, but I felt like he was out to sell me something. It took them 3 weeks to give me the actual estimate and it was very high.

HANLEY CONSTRUCTION WERE VERY PROMPT, THEY CLEANED UP THE YARD VERY THOROUGHLY BEFORE THEY LEFT, THEY ALSO WERE VERY EFFICIENT WHEN THEY REPLACED THE ROOF IT LOOKS GREAT.

HANLEY CONSTRUCTION DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN BUT THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB I PROBABLY WON'T HAVE TO!!
