I had a new shed roof, repairs done to my house roof and a light tunnel installed in our master closet recently. Hanley Construction was outstanding. The crews were professional and on time. They cleaned up well after each job. We are very pleased with Hanley Construction.

Fantastic! We were in the queue for almost 2 months, but it was worth the wait. What another company couldn't achieve in almost 3 years, Bob from Hanley accomplished in a single visit. They are professional, prompt and their workmanship is superb. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Excellent; quick response from company; tech did temporary repairs to keep water from coming in through hole in roof; went into the attic to check roof trusses and explained repairs. (We had a tree fall on our roof and one of the branches put a 2” hole through the shingles and plywood)

Hanley has roofed 3 buildings for us in the last few years-- 1 metal & 2 shingled. Just completed our latest --a pergola with metal roof to match the garage. On each occasion, the staff has been prompt, knowledgeable, and, professional and leave the job site clean and tidy. Hanley responds quickly to questions and provides an excellent warranty. Quality work for a fair price. Highly recommend

The crew was very capable, courteous, and highly skilled in aspect of the job. From the initial contact with an estimator, monthly email uodates, to a final visit by the owner, we could not be happier. Nice to find people who do what they say and Hanley did it in spades.

Hanley is a first class operation. I used them because of recommendations from others who have used them. I was impressed with the entire process from the estimating, to the scheduling (I received regular updates on where I stood in the queue) and to the work performed by the workers. The job was a big one-10 days total. Each day they cleaned up the work area before leaving. I was also impressed that the owner came by after the job was completed to make sure he had a happy customer. We certainly were.

Excellent results! Very pleased with the entire experience. The OSB was replaced with CDX plywood, felt paper was replaced with ice and rain underlayment (because the repair area was beneath an eave gutter), and the new shingles match the old both in color and style. Tim showed up on time, with all the necessary materials and got to work. Early on he determined an adjacent area of OSB would need to be replaced. But he had planned for more materials just in case so this wasn't a problem. He exercised good safety practices which I appreciated given how steep the roof is. He was always polite, respectful of my property, and attentive to my questions. The work was completed in the timeframe quoted. He picked up and cleaned such that you wouldn't have known anything had happened in the area much less a roof repair. It's been a week and lots of rain and no leaks. A+ work!

Excellent. See pictures comparing the company I first hired vs Hanley. The first company actually thought (and argued non-stop) that they had done a good job. You can see that Hanley replaced the old rotting wood and where nails might be seen, they hammered in (by hand) shorter nails so that your home looks like you want. The first company was in such a rush they never looked to see what their work would look like. They just cruised along with their powered nail-guns and rushed to finish the job. Four images are attached. Two showing company one's lousy work. Two showing the same area after Hanley did it right. And there are many other examples I could have shown. The difference is one company focused was on finishing and going home. Hanley was there to do a professional job.

Only negative was the long waiting time, a year. But it was worth it. They are very professional, quick to respond to my questions and a change order, and have a great crew. I highly recommend them!

Employees were responsive to my initial phone calls. Once I signed agreement and provided downpayment my project was scheduled and completed in reasonable timeframe. Owner met us at site to review work and provide warranty info.

High quality and no hassles. Absolutely professional. Hanley replaced our cedar shake roof 6 years ago. The home is a 2-story A-frame. It was originally constructed in 1977 by a perfectionist older gentleman who still lives in the neighborhood and views the home as one of his babies. When he saw the reroofing, he began nosing around and admitted afterward "they did nice work". 6 years later, a tree toppled in a windstorm and knocked a couple holes in the roof. I called Hanley on Thursday, had an appointment on Friday, and repaired by next Tuesday. Same high quality work. Their prices might be a little higher, but I personally wouldn't call anyone else. They are worth it.

This is an a rewrite of a previous review. Hanley Construction provided a trouble shooting call, and charged approx $.300.00
due to a misunderstanding that services were provided. In fact they did cover the Skylight however it has not yet been determined if the leak is in this location due to lack of driving rain since November-December when the initial call was made. I paid the $300.00 and wrote a review that was not favorable, since I was then under the impression that there would be no charge for troubleshooting. I have talked with the company and we have agreed that when the point of the leak is finally determined, the 300.00 will go toward the repair of the leak. In essence I have paid the initial call out fee in advance. I am happy with the resolution and will use Hanely Contruction in the future.

This is a reputable company that does superior work. I requested that my general contractor hire Hanley and not his own roofing contractor after receiving three bids. Each shingle was hand-nailed at no additional cost and not one shingle nail has popped out after 3 1/2 years. Everyone who sees our roof is amazed at the quality. I later hired them directly to repair the roof on our lake house.
