My furnace had quit working the day before Christmas. We waited until the day after to call someone. When we called Hank's Sheet Metal, Ron answered the phone. He told me he was closed today and he only came in to the store to check on a couple things but he said he would help me. I could not believe it. He called Hank and they both met at my house and discovered that a sensor was out. They had one at Hank's house within an hour it was up and running. I can not thank them enough for taking time away from their families on one of the few days a year they were off!

The company responded immediately, very professional and fixed my problem in a timely manner.

THEY KNEW THAT WE HAD NO HEAT AND THEY MADE THEIR WAY TO OUR HOUSE THE QUICKEST THEY POSSIBLY COULD. THE GENTLEMAN WAS NICE AND VERY WELL MANNERED.

THE FIRST GUY WHO CHECKED SAID THE VALVE HAD TO BE REPLACED, AND IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET THE PARTS. 1 WEEK PASSED BUT NO CALL, SO I CALLED. THEY SAID PRETTY SOON BUT 2 MORE WEEK PAST, I ALMOST STARTED LOOKING FOR A DEFERENT SHOP WHEN HE SHOWED UP. BUT LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AFTER HE ARRIVED HE SAID HE GOT THE WRONG PARTS, LEFT AND CAME BACK. HE DIDN'T SPEND MORE THAN 30 MINUTES, BUT HE CHARGED FOR 2 HOURS. THEY FIXED THE FURNACE, AT LEAST.
