Satellite TV Equipment Service
Dish Network were good. They came out and replaced a defective DVR, which was also defective. Then they sent Ken out with yet another DVR. He was very good and fixed it all up. He gave us the new machine, covered everything, redid the cables and we did the connections - and it is working. He was nice and he was in and out. He was polite and courteous. The service was free because we are a good customer. We had coverage but didn't have to pay anything. Punctuality was good, he called ahead. My wife said he was super good so A+ for professionalism.
