Well, they had a very good price on the new vehicle. I traded in a used truck that they gave me a very good price on, I felt very comfortable that they were giving me a straight story on everything. I had a good comfort level there.

They get us in as quickly as possible. They are also professional and friendly. We especially like our salesperson, Dave Hubbard.

The staff out front and the person doing the work all have been good to work with. Keep me posted on progress and options when available. Will continue to do business there. I feel they can be trusted. Cannot speak to sales side, only service and up to this point they get an A.

No problems. Starter test turned up with a faulty starter, new one under warranty was installed same day. Staff was nice, professional and clean.

They are very nice. They are fairly new to the area. They took over a smaller dealership in Port Orchard. They are very thorough and very friendly. They always talk about new products coming out. They provide very good quality work and I've never had any problems. Their price is very reasonable. Their punctuality is good.

My last visit was for some work on the air conditioning pulley, an oil change and the tweaking of an oxygen sensor. They treat me pretty well, and I have had really good luck with them. They are very professional and responsive. I think that the prices are pretty reasonable for a dealer, which is a biggie. They are honest and upfront about the work that is needed to be done, so I have continued to use them since I bought the truck 12 years ago. They will pick me up and drop me off as expected at the right time. They were formerly Bay Ford and will be changing their name soon - they just got bought out last Friday. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future; I actually phoned them up today and plan on taking my truck back there again because it needs full service.
