Contacted Service Magic, for a local (Gig Harbor/Peninsula) re modeler. Jerry's response was immediate. He drew up a diagram of the cabinet layout in the kitchenette. I used his diagram to order the cabinets, sink, and faucet from Lowes. Once the order arrived at my residence, Jerry started in. A few days later he had the re model completed, debris removed, and area swept clean. As simple as the job was, I was very please with the results and enjoyed working with Jerry. I most likely will hire him again.Additionally, I hired Jerry to lay a Engineered Hickory floor in my walk-in closet. I provided the wood (left over from a previous job). As I recall, I dont think it was over $200 dollars, to include disposal of old carpeting. Very pleased with all aspects of doing business with Brogan Custom Building in Wauna, Kitsap County.
