ASPEN TREE AND LANDSCAPE

Clay Caldwell is a pleasure to work with.  We have used Aspen Tree and Lanscape for several projects (Tree work, rock walls, curtain drain, in ground sprinkler modifications; landscape; driveway work).  His team has extensive experience and it shows.  Regarding this particular project, the crew started promptly and finished as promised.  We entrusted Clay's experience to make the project "better" for both the finished look and hopefull longevity of the completed plan.

 We will use again, and recommend his services to others.

Clay and his crew are very skilled and professional. Their work last spring with some dangerous trees near our home was masterful! They are pleasant to deal with and leave a very clean work site. They are expensive, but I think in this case, you get what you pay for ...and frankly, I don't have a good sense as to what this work might have cost with a different company.

I had a couple of estimates from other companies, but they were comparatively good. They did a good job. They did a good job on cleaning that also. I would consider using them again in the future too.

They didn't give us the senior discount that they were supposed to. I asked them a couple times afterward, the first time the owner said they would see what they could do and then I never heard from him. They did a good of job cutting the trees and cleaning up afterwards. We had a large fur tree and they dropped some rounds. I didn't realize until the spring until I moved the rounds that they had made big divots and I called them about that. They said to go buy some soil and fill it up and I thought why should I have to go buy soil. I thought the salesman was a little pushy. One of the workman asked to use our bathroom and I thought that was a little odd. I am not a mean person, but I don't want someone I don't know coming in and using our bathroom. They sent me a letter afterwards that said if there is absolutely anything we can do for you call us or let us know so I did, but I never heard back from them.

They did a great job for a neighbor, so I called them. Clay came out to the job site, we talked about what I wanted done. He listened will and gave me a fair price. He called a few days ahead of time to confirm. His crew came out on time, and did a great job. Very careful with plants that were going to stay, asked questions to make sure the job was done the way I wanted it.
