The masonry work turned out beautiful! Bill created our new hearth with an eye for scale, balance, and symmetry. He and his team were careful in their daily clean up and they completed our job with great attention to detail.

Came out and did the bid.  It took us over a year to do it.  They came on time, did a great job at a good price.  Very easy to work with, very professional!

Bill the owner and 3 workers showed up at the agreed time and promptly started.  Everyone was courteous and hard working.  The entire job took less than 2 days.  They went above and beyond expectations especially when cleaning up leaving the site better than when they arrived.

The entire process was excellent.  After coming to my house to bid the job, Bill returned with stone samples so we could put them inside the house and see how the stone would look with the colors in the room.  He also told us where he purchased local materials so we could see the actual colors and types of stone available instead of just looking at brochures.  This made my wife much more at ease that she was getting the colors she really wanted.  When it came time to do the work, Bill and his team were on time and did a great job.  They were very careful to protect the rest of the room they were working in from dust and debris and showed great attention to detail.  It was obvious they take pride in their work and want a good product for the customer.  Bill also went the extra mile by working with my wood stove installer to ensure the ducting (cold air intake) would have access through the stone backer.  Excellent job all around.

Mr. Murdoch and his crew worked our "small" job into his schedule quickly. Everyone was kind, polite and professional. Work was very impressive and they took great care to clean up. Its's lovely.

The house is beautiful! Many individuals have stopped and taken pictures of the house. Several have come to the door and asked about the product and workmanship. We keep getting compliments. The crew on great to have at the house. Would highly recommend this company.

Bill was very professional, called when he said, arrived when he said, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He did a great job, came prepared with materials ready, cleaned up the site and explained repair with photos. Would hire again.

Noticed that the mortar and brick of the columns of my wrap around porch was crumbling. Called and they quickly responded with an estimate. Was the only company out of 8 bids that recognized that the internal supporting posts had rotted away within the brick column and needed to be replaced. They arranged for another contractor to come and replace the posts with metal pipe. I live in a historic district and they dealt with all the reviews and permitting required for the job. Scheduled repairs around my schedule. Responsive to all my questions and calls. Came out and did the job quickly. Helped me arrange for new gutters that I decided to do in the middle to the job. Looks great. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend them without hesitation, particularly for those who have historic homes.
