This vendor provided heating system maint. as part of post-inspection work prior to us purchasing our new home. As part of that maint they were supposed to clean or replace the filters. Both before and AFTER the maint there was no pre-filter in the system. They said they cleaned and re-installed it. I asked them to come look at it, which took a week before they set up that date. They came and confirmed that it was "missing" the pre-filter. They took model number and said they would order and get back to me to install. That was weeks ago and have not heard since. Would not have them back to do any future heating system maint. on our system.

Installation went as advertised. System came on line and kept us cool. Workers were courteous and professional. They were sensitive to our needs and around our schedule. Had subsequent issue with electronics. Aand M heating responded immediately.

They were very nice people and did a great job. They were very cordial and very flexible in terms of making an appointment to get the repair done. They came out on a Thanksgiving weekend when my furnace went out. They had concerns about the condition of the burners and heat exchanger. They performed as expected and did it in the time that was allotted. They gave me a pretty reasonable quote too. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
