Our springs on the garage door broke, and this company replaced them the same day.  Other companies weren't available until the next week (it was a Friday).  He was quick, kind, and very helpful.  The service man showed us how to oil the springs every six months.   Also, we had a $20 coupon.

The guy said he was going to be a little late because of an emergency. Cindy actually called me ahead of time to let me know that he was going to be a little late but he did show up within a reasonable amount of time. I thought that was really great that they took the time to call me to let me know. The guy took about 30 minutes. He did everything very well, cleaned up after everything. He even answered all of my questions and was very professional and very helpful. The price was exactly how they quoted. They were very professional and had great customer service! I was very happy with the experience and will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to others. :)
