Fred and Mike paved a new walkway from the front of the house to the back patio. The end product is exactly as I requested, and it looks great. They communicated with me every step of the way, and left the job site clean and orderly!

We would consider using the company again only if a very detailed estimate was signed by both parties prior to the company showing up to start the job and possibly if we had someone else managing the project. The workman doing the job were talented, thoughtful and considerate. Between the initial written estimate and the job, some details had been clarified and price increases had been given over the phone which we wrote down and approved, an example being concrete color tint so it would be normal concrete grey. The day the company showed up to start the job we were handed a new contract to sign. We were happy to do so as it protects us and them to have everything in writing. Upon reviewing the new estimate it was 1,235.01$ over the previous aggreged upon estimate including all additions we had thoroughly recorded. When we asked what the curious increase in price was for... there was hesitation and then the estimator replied something about an extra fee for the hose and pump to get the concrete off the truck over to the stairs. The estimator had been to the site several times before the original written estimate and one would think getting the concrete off the truck would be included? As he was unable to explain the reason for the upcharge, and we needed to move on with our project, we agreed to pay half of the additional last minute unexplainable extra fee. We learned a valuable lesson and hope we didn't, thorough paying part of the extra, encourage the contractor to continue with unexplainable add-ons.

Professional, Okay communication, work done in a timely manner. Overall, I wasn't expecting it to take 3 trips to get the pad laid (I expected 2). But the end result was done with 0 hiccups. Due to the nature of the work, Doug is usually not available to answer calls. He generally calls back at the end of the day, or sometime the following morning. Would recommend their services to anyone who needs them.
