This guy, Mike, was excellent. He was spot on time, took his shoes off when he came in the house (and I have new carpet). She checked the old tank and added a new regulator, and show me how to turn it on or off in an emergency. He checked and let the pilots on my cook stove and propane room heater. He added a new regulator to the propane room heater, bout a cord for the fan and then fixed the non-working fan.
This was supposed to be a quick call because I had just moved into the house and everything was supposedly up to date. However, this company had been the previous service provider and show me that the regulators were over 10 years old and need replacing. Then he went out of his way to show me how these gas items worked since I had never worked with gas before. He fixed the broken room heater, and stayed quite a long time.
I expected the bill to be a lot higher, but it wasn't and he did a great job.
