I called Monday morning and spoke to a woman who said he was out on a job but would have him call me. He called within the hour; said he had four jobs that day and didn't know how long each would take, but if all went well he would come to us that day. He said he would keep us posted with his progress and he did. He called in the afternoon and said he could come. He arrived at the appointed time, took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes,cleaned up his mess and was on his way. Very pleased with the service, the result and the price. Good man!
