I was apprehensive about bring my truck in for servicing but was persuaded to give Wilder another chance. I scheduled an appointment for a 45000 mile inspection on my Tacoma. I was quickly greeted buy the service department advisor and my truck was taken for its service. The service advisor informed me a of concern found during the inspection and quoted the cost of repairs. Atfer the inspection and repair work my truck was washed and ready to go. My overall impression is the work was done excellently.

Car ready before promised. Loaner was provided and warmed up before giving it to me. I also have all my oil changes done with this dealer. The always provide me with a report on systems such as tire wear, brakes percentage of wear, and possible future maintenance. There is never any pressure for additional service.

Everything was done as promised, had loaner car and they called when done. I have a Lexus sc430 and the did a fantastic job.
