Before starting my 30000 mi check I asked if lubing the drive shaft was included and was told it was. After the service was completed I had to go to another appointment. After getting home I checked to see if the drive shaft was done and it was not. My spouse call ed the shop and asked to speak to the manager.
When she told the shop manager they did not lube the drive shaft his response was and quot; how do you know it wasn't done?and quot;. She informed them that after working on military aircraft and equipment for almost 30 years I know when something isn't done. I was asked to return to the shop and the work was completed. A representive called to tell me the tech was informed to check and make sure all items are completedLicensing
