Todd was hired to be our project manager for the home we were building in Sequim. He was also going to frame the house and a hangar bathroom. Todd took a $5000 advance toward the management side of our agreement and $1200 to cover the cost of materials to frame a small bathroom in our hangar. In the end, Todd never framed the bathroom after months of telling us he would do it (June-Sept) and never fulfilled his role as a project manager. He offered to return our deposit and cash advance for materials....but never has. He is unresponsive to our calls, texts and letters. We are going to have to take him to court.
