This relationship has gone VERY poorly. I have since heard from subcontractors they will not work with these people. They do not show up.
My personal impression is that their financing is like juggling. We gave them money that they said they needed for shingles and three weeks later the shingles still were not paid. Where did the money go? One partner, T & I told me, enjoys the casinos. Where are our construction supplies????? Mid April, building finally done but only after calling in a lawyer.
