They were thorough in the estimate. Answered all questions. Showed up on schedule. Called to follow up to make sure everything was working. They did not push and try to up-sell their products.

Jim and Shawn arrived at the appointment time of 1000. Before starting work inside my house they put down drop cloths/cardboard to protect my floors and carpets. The removal of the propane fireplace was difficult and time consuming since they wanted to aviod damaging the tile work around the fireplace mantal. After removing the internal propane fireplace componets the installation of the pellet stove was quick and done perfectly.
Jim had a local metal shop cut the pellet stove's trim to fit our fireplace (took about a week), installed it and everything was completed.
My wife loves how it looks and appreciated how careful and professional the work was done.
Jim also showed us the removed propane fireplace valve was not installed correctly. The installer did not remove the natural gas valve and replace it with a propane valve. Jim told us the natural gas valve could have caused the fireplace to explode during use blowing out the front fireplace glass into the room.
