I took my car to Ruddell auto mall several times for the check engine light. after 12 visits and a bill over 4300$ my check engine light was still coming on. I confronted management. After comparing receipts they didn't add up. The customer service rep. Kerrie Dewey was marking my receipts up knowing I always pay in cash. After that she gave the accounting dept. a different receipt with a much lower value. She was pocketing the difference. Kerrie was fired and charge with theft in Clallam County Court. I confronted management about this. it is their employ. It went well, I have an extended service warranty on the vehicle I purchased from them, and they replaced the radiator for the $100.00 deductable.

The service guys are always polite and willing to take the extra step. Occasionally it can take a bit to get to the service department when you call.
