I called McCrorie's on a Thursday afternoon to schedule a cleaning. To my delight, the appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The representative was very polite and informative. He was punctual, attentive to details and quick. He was in and out of my house in less than 25 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the job done- I even had a pet stain that I thought was going to be there forever and it disappeared! I thought the price was good for the size area I wanted done. I will definitely use McCrorie's services again!

We need to replace some carpet so we went the McCrories. We spent some time with May Graves who gave us excellent advise and showed us all our options, which were many. They installers came out on the appointed day and spent less time then was estimated to install carpet in our living room and our grandkids bedroom. They also created us a runner out of left over carpet and didn't charge extra for it. A great company to do business with.
