We leased a property through this company and provided a large deposit. We were told "not to clean" when we left as they hired a company to come in and clean after we left. We did clean however and left only the oven and carpets to be cleaned. We were charged 600 for carpet cleaning (there were two stains, but we had pre-treated) and $250 to change the locks. We were also charged 50 to clean a stain off the concrete, left by a planter. (We later visited the property and the "Stain" was still there, but could easily be cleaned with a brush and soapy water). When I commented that these expenses were excessive, the owner commented, "That's just the way it is!" Our next door neighbors also rented though this company previously and had a similar story. Another friend forwarded the Better Business Bureau site that showed a rating of "D".
