Description of Work: I've read poor reviews about James and Associates, but I did not have any issues. All of the paperwork was straight forward and taken care of in a professional manner. The staff has been very friendly and any questions I had were answered promptly.

 + -1 moreWe leased a property through this company and provided a large deposit. We were told "not to clean" when we left as they hired a company to come in and clean after we left. We did clean however and left only the oven and carpets to be cleaned. We were charged 600 for carpet cleaning (there were two stains, but we had pre-treated) and $250 to change the locks. We were also charged 50 to clean a stain off the concrete, left by a planter. (We later visited the property and the "Stain" was still there, but could easily be cleaned with a brush and soapy water). When I commented that these expenses were excessive, the owner commented, "That's just the way it is!" Our next door neighbors also rented though this company previously and had a similar story. Another friend forwarded the Better Business Bureau site that showed a rating of "D".
Description of Work: We leased a property from this company. After we moved out we had only a very small amount of our large deposit returned even though we left the place in great shape and requested a walk through with a company representative, who also agreed it looked very good and was clean.
