HEARTLINE BATTERIES

Sadly I was ripped off by another vendor who did a TERRIBLE job. I had ordered 2 truckloads of top soil from Heartline (filled with all sorts of good nutrients) & paid for it. The man I hired to pick it up & deliver it KNOWINGLY brought the wrong thing! Even on his 2nd load the people at Heartlne tried to get him to take the right material but he refused! When I went into the Heartline office later & sorted out what had happened I burst into tears. I had paid this guy $200 to deliver the new soil exactly where I wanted it throughout my yard. So not only did I not get what I paid for, I overpaid the guy for doing the wrong thing.
Anyway, Dave at Heartline heard my story & was determined to fix it. At no charge he brought another man & a backhoe, removed a fence panel, reloaded as much of the wrong material as he could, then delivered a load of the CORRECT top soil. Then he carefully restored my fence. This took them half a day to accomplish, & while I'll never have what I paid for (because much of it was used to build a berm & plant trees, so it's way too far gone to correct the whole job) at least I have enough good soil to continue my plantings.
Dave's attitude is stellar & he truly understands professionalism & great customer service. I will be returning for alder chips & other products later this summer. Way to go Heartline!!!
