Great, very close communication with the ditching company, city linemen, and inspectors meant it went extremely quickly and without issue.

Did a total rewire in a commercial building. Had them give us a bid so we could get a loan. We asked him to bid high so we could make sure we had enogh money for the job. From the start of the job we couldn't get them to show up and when they did it was rare if they worked more then 4 hours aday. Once they started there was one mistake after another. They kept saying they forgot what i told them, but they could fix it.. Such as putting conduit on the out side of walls and ceilings when there was attic access with 7' headroom. Running conduit under the fuse boxes so you can't run other conduit out the top or bottom. I told them they could take and recycle the wire they took out of the existing conduit that we were going to us. Instead one of them spent most of their time taking every bit of wire out of every bit of conduit. some of it should have been left in the conduit so you could pull the new wire with it. On the day we told them to get out  they had gone to one of the upstairs metal walls and ripped it out for no reason. It was the last straw. I figured that we were about half way thru the project and they gave us a bill for $10000 over the bid. After a two month lawyer battle the bank and lawyer got them to go away. thank god. We  ended up having another company come in and finsh the job. They  charged us $2700 to finish a portion of the the project but $1500 of it was to fix all the things that APS kept saying that they would fix. It was such a bad job that the new company had some of their other workers come in just to see how bad it was. STAY CLEAR. Their name should be ZAPS Electral
