Jim Anderson is a true professional who is honest, very respectful and caring for his customers, and acutely displays his knowledge and expertise when addressing appliance repair issues. His fees are always more than reasonable and fair, and he arrives on time/as scheduled. I have employed Jim twice and he consistently is able to quickly diagnose the cause of our issues and promptly make the necessary repairs. I will always trust and call on Anderson Appliance Repair for any appliance issues encountered, and gladly recommend them for any of your needs.

Showed up on time, and did a very good job of making my annoying gas range more usable. He had to take one burner away for some outside work, which added about $20 to the total price. I was a little surprised at the cost, only because I wasn't given a ballpark price. The burners work beautifully now, and the oven comes up to temperature. He knew what he was doing, and was on time for both appointments.

Service was efficient and effective. Advice and information was excellent. Price was as quoted with no surprises. I would definitely recommend Anderson's, and I will call them again if I need other appliance work.
