Called, they came with parts and fixed

He did not complete the work. Put in two thermostats that were not connected. Improperly mounted pumps such that the bearings ran dry. Made pump neutral connections to earth ground. The heat pump failed, not Absolute Air's fault, but I had to hire someone else to do this work at my expense.
The system has been working well, except the floor system has a slow leak somewhere. Who do I call?
Eight years have elapsed, I expect he is doing better work these days. A ground source heat pump (geothermal) is not a common item and contractor's are scarce.
