Process went very well, in general.  They responded right away to the immediate problem to dry out affected areas.  After that, they restored damaged walls and floor.  The workers were always professional, polite, and courteous.  If important to the homeowner, ask them to notify you before they arrive to continue work.

The last contact was all right, but I had a previous experience where they were very late when I had a jammed schedule and they were rude and defensive when I made reference to it. The estimate and the actual price were quite different, but they kept adding options for only ʺa little bit more.ʺ

Scheduled the appointment the end of week before. Day of service, they showed up earlier than scheduled but not that was after the gentleman called before asking if he could which was plenty all right. He asked to see the spaces then quoted the price. I was concerned about one bedroom carpet that had heavy stains. He said he would try. The service was quick and detailed. Took about 40 minutes. They couldn't get the stains out of the one carpet and took it off the bill. They were very polite and professional. I would use again in a heartbeat.

Zion Carpet Cleaning's price was reasonable. They tell us what spots in our carpet we need to watch out for. They are very nice and friendly people.

We had a dishwasher hose break off during a wash cycle. The kitchen and
downstairs were flooded. Zion Restoration was there quickly and worked
into the night to get things torn out and drying out. Since this was
an insurance claim we were very worried because we had a terrible experience 10 years ago with a restoration company and our old insurance company after a kitchen fire. That restoration wasn't completed until an attorney stepped in 6 months after the fire! But the Zion team promised to get our kitchen and basement up and running as quickly as possible, which they did! The suppliers they worked with were knowledgeable and helpful. Two different floods from different causes happened over the next few months. We had them back each time because they had done such a great job for us the first time.

I called Zion yesterday to see if they had a slot open this morning to come and clean my carpets. We have had a family medical emergency for the last week and really needed to clean my home after all the coming and going before our family member returned home from the hospital. Not only was the lady at the front desk exceptionally professional, she was kind, compassionate, and eager to meet my needs.
She scheduled for my carpets to be cleaned at 8 am sharp this morning. Neal and his coworker were even early and gave me a great estimate and got right to work. They were kind, understanding, and did an amazing job! My carpets look fantastic and I am excited to feel my home so clean and new-looking.
I will be using Zion for every carpet cleaning I need! Thank you, Zion Carpet, for being so wonderful when I really needed the help!

Zion did an excellent job on all work and also in keeping in touch with us regarding progress of obtaining materials. They put a key lock on so that we weren't tied down waiting for contractors to show up. I would definitely recommend them for eithe restoration work or carpet cleaning. A pleasure to work with them.

We have used Zion Carpet for years and found their services exceptional. Matt and his assistant are always on time, courteous and work professionally to do what we ask. He answers our questions and helps us make decisions on the best approach to take on cleaning problems. We would highly recommend Zion Carpet for anyone. We know about how much it will cost, so we don't bother with estimates anymore, but it is always reasonable.
