I was extremely happy with their work. They were quick and efficient. They removed any trace of limbs and leaves. I’d definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend their work. Plus my trees have never looked this good. Thanks so much - job well done!!

The two workers were punctual and quickly assessed how they would attack the tree trimming. They positioned the truck and took the trees down to 15 feet above the ground. They did it safely and professionally. Not a single branch touched my new concrete foundation! Really pleased with their work.

Excellent communication and timely, professional performance from Superior Tree Service.  The tree trimmers arrived on time and assessed the job and went right to work. The trimmer actually asked before cutting any questionable limbs.  No incidental damage to garage, truck, new concrete pad.  Very satisfied with this company's work.

fairly well,  had limb break off, hit my truck, they came and removed the limb,  that was about  $500.00. they had to come out to fully prune the tree, that was about 800.00.  This all occurred due to the tree was dying do to a tree infestation, & a heavy wind storm.

all in all I was satisfied, however I had to separate limbs come off due to wind storms after pruning.  I don't hold them  

responsible due to it was a huge overgrown tree.

.They did a good job,cleanup good. They was on time. I was please with the work that they did.

Their estimator came out a week or two before the work was to be done. We went around the yard telling him exactly what needed to be done. After giving us his estimate, the job was scheduled. On that morning a crew of several men arrived with a huge truck and bucket (is that what it's called?) and lots of equipment.The job took the most part of two days.

Very professional, quick service, and they fit us into a very full schedule that they had.

They are awesome. They did a really good job. They were very prompt.

I had one tree that was big and beautiful. They were supposed to take off some low branches and and quot;lighten it upand quot; a little. The tree was butchered. It was so ugly when they finished even several neighbors came over to comment. A couple of them said they thought about coming over and stopping the work as I was not home at the time.
The second tree was dying back. This tree was done the next day. I was very nervous about them cutting anything at all but as it was nearing winter, I didn't want anything falling over on the house. They cut it back much lighter than they originally planned so this spring/summer there is still a lot of dead branches showing. They left a yard full of branches and cuttings all over my yard. I think the crew was upset that I had complained to the owner about the work on the first tree. The person who did the actual pruning seemed offended.
The owner came to look at the tree and said it would grow back and would I feel better if they got up on the roof of the house and cleaned of all the fallen branches up there.
Save yourself some misery and money... call someone else. Neighbors had Tree Artistry do their trees and they turned out beautiful.
