In 2014 it seemed to go well. I asked about the pipe flashings and they said they were fine. In 6-2015 we called them about a roof leak. The estimator showed us what was wrong and said it was an easy fix. Then he said our pipe flashings needed to be replaced. He gave us some reason so I said OK. The worker came out and didn't even look at the leak. As he was leaving I asked him about it. He didn't speak English but he showed me his repair instructions and they didn't mention the leak. I called the office, got the estimator who spoke to the worker in Spanish and the worker went back and fixed the roof over the leak. Now we've gotten another rain and it leaks worse. I'm not going to call them this time because our neighbors told us we didn't need our pipe flashings replaced and the leak repair didn't work. Our neighbors used him when he came out and 2015 because we recommended them. They did them before us. They charged them less for the roof vents which are identical to ours. (We live in a 1 story condo.)

Old roof was off in a half day and new roof was on in a day and half.

The work was started well carried through with full vigor and was completed in two days. The coordinator stayed with the crew. Site was left thoroughly clear.

We were out of town when the wind storm hit. We lost a large patch of shingles and material from underneath we were concerned with damage. our son came and nailed a tarp to competely cover the damaged area. We called Royal Roofing because of their reveiws we read on Angies List. Mike came out to give us an estimate, he was very courteous and efficient. We had our estimate in a very timely manner. We agreed on a time to do the work. They were very reliable and cleaned up afterwards so that you couln't even tell they were here. The color matched perfectly. We are very happy with our choice of roofers!
