Perez Lawn Mowing

I watched Roberto Perez, Perez Lawn Mowing, transform our neighbors' yard from an eyesore to a thing of beauty. The current owners hired him to remove several dead trees, excavate dead sod, and to remove weeds an debris left by the previous tenants. In addition to installing an underground sprinkler system and laying down new green sod, he also did some landscaping with decorative rock, etc. Watching him do this, I asked if he could help me with some work in my yard as I'm no longer able to do so due to some physical disabilities. When he told me he could do everything I needed done, I was surprised by how little he charged for what he did in a timely manner. I used to prune trees at home and for others as well as doing landscaping and yard care. Based on my years of experience, I was very impressed with his knowledge about how to best do these things. Unlike some in our area who prune or cut down trees, Roberto knew what to do to ensure a healthy tree - he pruned correctly and obviously took great pride in his quality work. He successfully accomplished all that we asked and for an excellent price - I have recommended his services to others and will contact him the next time I need other yard work done. It was also great to see him bring his young son with him to help out when he wasn't in school. Roberto is a gentleman, a man of integrity, hard working, and reliable. I hope his business continues to grow and to succeed. Another local businessman I have enjoyed working with.
