Air conditioner was not working. My husband happened to be going through the Giant Nickel and came across there Ad. I was skeptical since I had never heard of the company. They were offering a discount right now so decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Tech showed within the next hour and presented us with an estimate to change the motor. Tech explained and showed me the problem. Apparently the bearings were bad. He replaced the motor and capacitor and our AC was working. He was very professional and made sure we understood the charges and what he was going to do.
