DO NOT USE THEM! Two years ago I needed some siding replaced before I had my home painted. Homes by Jessica sent out a contractor that had no idea what he was doing. He told me they no longer make T111 (False!) So he used lap siding and installed it vertically! There was no caulk between the boards so the moisture got in the walls and insulation. I called Jessica but was told they only warrantee for one year and she did not have any information from two years back (I am sure the IRS would love to hear that!). She could not even give me the name of the guy who did the work (conveniently). I am an older single woman who knows nothing about construction, so I was completely taken advantage of. I had a contractor look at it recently, and was told they did not do anything correctly! I had to pay him to redo the job and install T111.
