Great. Very professional. Very timely. Charged a reasonable fee. Stacked items in a storage shed in a manner that makes it easy to access. This is the third time that we have used Help-U-Move.

Best movers EVER! Hard working, considerate, and very knowledgeable about best ways to move furniture, including large pieces requiring disassembly and reassembly. Chris, Junior, and Paul worked tirelessly and made our move efficient and stress free!

I want to give a huge Thank you to Koty, Johnny, Ed & Adam S. for working their tails off to move me. These guys worked very hard to pack me up and move me and they had to go up hill with everything and they did a wonderful job and didn't complain at all. Very Friendly, they work well as a team. great guys, thank you! The only reason I didn't give them an A is they were 2 1/2 hrs late but it wasn't their fault and believe me they made up for it.

They had trouble with the slow elevators and it was a hot day. They dealt with these obstacles well.

Miguel and Ed were extremely helpful in this project. Miguel called ahead of time to ensure I was still available for the move and explained the services I was paying for. They were both professional and efficient during the move while making sure I was satisfied before leaving.

Sean and Jr moved me from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apartment. Bought boxes, and they picked them back up after I had unpacked and reinbursed me (serioulsy THE BEST way to go). I had pretty bulky furniture that I wasn't around for when it was assembled. They dis-assembled everything, and re-assembled it in the new apt. Saved me a lot of work, worry, and hassle. They even took apart my patio table when we realized it wouldn't fit through the door, and re-assembled it outside on my patio for me. Took a bit longer than expected so they had another guy come and help finish up. The overall price was higher than originally quoted, but... 4 flights of stairs and re-assembling furniture.... I'd pay it again. Great service, highly recommend!

It was wonderful!!! The best service and people ever to deal with and SOOOO reasonable. I've probably moved over 50 times over the years (residential, professional and buying or selling new furniture) and I can't think of another company that has even come close. Fantastic from the perspective of the help we received (still had too much 'stuff' to fit easily!). Adam R. and Miguel were prompt, professional, and efficient. They not only moved items from locations on the third floor to the new apartment on the first floor, they worked with us to establish locations in the new apartment where the occupants could rest during the move. They were made suggestions, relocated furniture when it became apparent that not all would fit, graciously and quickly made adjustments. This is at least the third time I have used Help-U-Move. Each time I have found the staff helpful and friendly, knowledgable, and timely. They have helped relocate my parents into assisted living, pack and unpack a storage unit as needed, and relocate furniture from my home to accommodate floor refinishing. They will come move heavy furniture within your home. I recommend them highly, and will continue to call them as need arises.

Sean, Jr., and Miguel were efficient (completing the move in 5.5 hrs) and careful with my stuff. They worked well as a team and were enjoyable to be around during that whole time. They made it a stress-free experience for me.

Moving can be so stressful and not fun....well, our crew was amazing. They were professional but a hoot! They were joking with each other and us the entire time. It made the move so fun! My husband and I were contemplating hiring professional movers, and we are so happy that we decided to pull the trigger!! From the initial bid through moving day, Help-U-Move was incredibly helpful and professional! Sean, JR, Miguel and Ed treated us, our animals and our belongings with respect!!! AMAZING!!! Max, Todd, Sean, Jr., Linden, and Steve were the best. They all make a stressful situation fun!! Had a bad experience with this company a few years back but things have sure changed for the GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM to everyone!!!

We bought a house and were moving out of our apartment. We did not want to move everything ourselves so we decided to hire a moving company. They showed up on time and while going over the paperwork the other 2 got right to work moving everything out. Not a minute wasted. They were very careful of all the fagile boxes and furniture we had. And we have alot of stuff. Very professional, but very friendly. Easy to talk with. They listened to where i wanted things when they unloaded. Wish i could remember their names to recommend them personally.

Eddie, Marty, and Eric showed up on time and with actual smiles on their faces. They were very professional, polite and extremely helpful. I have never had a good experience with movers until I hired this company. I would use them again and I highly recommend this moving company.
