+ -1 moreMr. Hanson met with us promptly when contacted and laid out a plan to accomplish what we needed done. He was easy to work with and was always courteous, professional and efficient. All subs arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently to complete their tasks, with Mr. Hanson always on the job and always helpful. Despite having a work scope change that we requested part way through the project and an unanticipated delay caused by us, Mr. Hanson was able to accommodate both our change order and our request for a pause in the work in a very fair and equitable manner that minimized our costs and provided some extra flexibility we needed.
Description of Work: Mr. Hanson has built custom and spec homes but really enjoys remodeling. Our project was an updating and improvement project. Mr. Hanson managed and/or performed all scheduling and work to remove and replace concrete in the driveway and garage, and remove stone trim from the front of the house. He did quality work, kept the job site extremely clean. Because he uses the same subs on virtually all jobs, he was able to schedule and complete the work quickly and efficiently despite the fact that we changed the scope of the project part way through it.
