I have been bringing all of our vehicles to Gary's since 2003. I have never felt cheated. When we have questions a knowledgeable service tech has always answered without making us feel stupid . I believe all the work we have had done there has been warranted.

Had him work on my Motorhome. Had taken it to a RV dealer and complained of a miss in the motor. They had replaced the plugs and wires approximately 3000 miles earlier. When I took it back to them, they indicated they would need to do a compression test. But knowing when they changed the wires and plugs it had straightened the problem out. So I did not think it was related to the internal mechanics of the motor. Nevertheless, I trusted Gary and knew that if anyone was going to do a compression test on my RV, it would be him. So I took my MH from the RV center and drove it to Gary's. Gary examined the vehicle and determined the plug wires the RV center had previously put on, were inadequate for the vehcie. He replaced them with superior, high heat resistant plug wires and the RV runs like a champ. It definitely pays to know a good mechanic!
