They come every 11 weeks unless you need them sooner and we needed them sooner and they were professional, willing to take our calls and they arranged the schedule to come and help us. I've been extremely impressed and his product worked. It took a couple of tries but we had a bad bug problem and he's just really willing to go above and beyond to try to help us. He sets you up in a maintenance plan and his prices are really reasonable. I enjoyed working them and I'll do business with him for forever. He was quick to respond and quick to adjust with the problem and he was very accommodating in working us in to his already busy schedule.
